My name is Valerie Haynes I'm 68 years old. I met Sherrie maybe about 25 years ago she greeted me into the neighborhood that we lived down south. Sherrie is a great listener and friend. She would listen when I need to talk my way toward self-discovery and healing.   I'm happily living in a senior community. It's the first time! I’ve ever lived totally alone. While married I did not take care of myself. I focused my attention on my husband, adult’s children and my grandchildren. I allowed my weigh to get out of control. I weighed 250 pounds and I was taking insulin 4 times a day.   My health was spiraling toward physical and mental failure. I was a diabetic! Well First “I Put ME First” by loving life and not choosing death. You're mind, spirit, body, and soul must be ready! The most important thing is self-worth. I'm doing  this for ME!  It's the first time in my life I'm doing things strictly for Valerie. NO! I want a new life of healthy choices. By taking over your life losing weight, will make you feel fantastic. I can call Sherrie to share in my success. She can call me with words of encouragement. I think we motivate each other to keep us on the straight and narrow road of good health! I guess you can say I love Sherrie like my Lil  sister and I'm  so glad God put her in my life.
